Petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 755 of 2018 for the offence under section 22/24/28 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that 20 Puriya of contraband was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that similarly circumstanced accused from whose possession 32 Puriya of the same contraband was seized has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 72939 of 2018 vide order dated 6.12.2018.

Considering the same, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77314 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 755 of 2018 on the condition that the bailors should be family members.
