The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.462 of 2007 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 376 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the police found the case to be false in course of investigation and cognizance has been taken

No.66986 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 subsequently on the basis of a complaint against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-V, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Complaint Case No.462 of 2007 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
