The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- ".............. to direct all the respondents in general and the respondent no.04 to 07 in particular to make the payment of Rs.6,02,145/- for the contract work already completed and submitted to them with regard to the construction of a Sub-

Due to non-payment of the same, the petitioner has got aggrieved and prepared the present application to this Hon'ble Court for the redressal of her grievance."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the facts that the petitioner has already made her grievance before the authorities concerned by giving representation dated 20.07.2023 (Annexure P/3) and also vide legal notice dated 22.09.2023 (annexure P/4), this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned, i.e., Respondent No. 4 to consider the representation given by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order. The authorities shall endeavor to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. In case the authorities comes to the conclusion that the claim made by the petitioner is genuine, they shall make necessary arrangement for payment of the admitted dues.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
