The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.87 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant being the peon of Veterinary Hospital, Kinjar, Arwal, was present at the hospital on 07.08.2019. At that time, the petitioner reached there and started to abuse him, saying that why the receipt of Rs.2/- is being issued. Thereafter, the petitioner started scuffle with him and caused assault to the informant through fists and slaps, due to which the informant sustained fracture injury in the wrist of his right hand.

No.64455 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, there was hot exchange of words in between the petitioner and the informant for the issuance of receipt of Rs.2/- but with an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged the present case. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.87 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
