The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. case No. 312 of 2018 registered under Section 30 (a) 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The Tata Magic vehicle, which the petitioner was driving, was intercepted and 257 liters of different brands of foreign liquor was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was driving the vehicle on the order of his owner and he had no knowledge about the articles kept in the vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail
