Petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle and allegedly, on the basis of his disclosure several other stolen motorcycles were recovered from the possession of different co-accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 26.5.2016 and up till now, only charge could be framed. It is further submitted by him that except the present case as well as one Motihari Town P.S. Case no. 480/2015, there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as above stated submissions, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Madhubani in Sessions trial no. 300/2016 arising
