The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2019 in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019, G.R. No. 910 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 271, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section (3) (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession but from the other co-accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
