Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the instant appeal may be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 28.06.2024 passed by a Full Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 18727 of 2017 & analogous cases, titled as 'Kamlanand Thakur vs. The State of Bihar & Ors' reported in 2025 (2) PLJR 623.

5. Learned counsel for the appellants further submits that the facts and issues arising in the present Letters Patent Appeal is identical to those considered and decided in CWJC No. 18727 of 2017 & analogous cases.

6. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants.

7. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present intra court appeal stands disposed of in the same terms, and the directions contained in the aforesaid
