1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this writ application is being filed for issuance a writ in the nature of Mandamus:

(i) For direction to the respondent authority to take policy decision for absorption the service of the instructor working under Shakshar Bharat Programme in regular government service on the ground that the service of similarly situated instructor working under Non-Formal Education Scheme has been absorbed on class IV post in regular government service in terms of the order dated 21.04.2010 passed in C.W.J.C No. 8418/2010.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
