2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Asaw P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing day light robbery in a jewellary shop and during robbery two persons were injured.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 2.3.2023 and the petitioner have criminal antecedents of murder.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the view that the a person who is involved in a day light robbery

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner in all the cases registered against him and conclude the same at the earliest.

8. The District Judge, Siwan and the Superintendent of Police, Siwan are directed to see to it that the trial of the petitioner is not delayed.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Siwan and Superintendent of Police, Siwan through FAX for its compliance.
