The petitioner who had been working on a contractual post of Travelling Veterinary Officer since 23.09.2016 has been removed from his service in an arbitrary manner against which the petitioner has filed proper representation on 18.07.2024 before the respondent no. 1 which has not been considered and disposed of till date. The petitioner has also sought a direction to consider his case for the honorarium for the month March 2024 till 13th July 2024, the date on which he was removed from the contractual post of Travelling Veterinary Officer.

3. Learned Advocate for the State submits that since

Patna High Court CWJC No.16223 of 2024(2) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 the petitioner has already filed a representation, it is required to be disposed off.

4. Having heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties and considering the nature of grievance, the Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the respondent no. 2, preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 shall be under obligation to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Suffice it to say while disposing the representation of the petitioner, the concerned respondent shall also consider the claim of the petitioner for remuneration of the period afore-noted.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off.
