2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Special Case No. 45 of 2021 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 lodged on 13.05.2021 for offence punishable under Section 8/20/22/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution story F.I.R. has been lodged against seven named accused persons against whom there is allegation of recovery of 28 Kg of Ganja.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is working in Jaipur. But under unfortunate circumstance, he sat of the Tempo in which the transportation of

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the recovery of Ganja is more than the commercial quantity.

6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
