2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50705 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted regular bail by this Court with a condition that during the trial the petitioner will stay in the house of one Dinesh Yadav, Son of- Late Kameshwar Yadav, Resident of Village- Kashi Danga, P.S. Desmohani, District- Barddhaman, West Bengal. The aforesaid address has been given by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the address of Dinesh Yadav given by him on earlier occasion is incorrect and therefore, this Court may modify the order dated

4. Having considered the submission of the petitioner, the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50705 of 2024 is modified to the extent that during the trial, the petitioner will stay in the House of Dinesh Yadav, Son of Late Kameshwar Yadav, Resident of Village- Kashi Danga, P.S.-Baraboni (Domohani), District- Paschim Bardhaman, Asansol Durgapur Police Commissioner, West Bengal.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50705 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

6. This application is allowed.
