The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kauwakoal P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54615 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66058 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Nawada in connection with Kauwakoal P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019.
