This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
The complainant had advanced loan to the petitioner through cheque as well as through cash payment. The petitioner had issued refund cheque of part payment, which bounced. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is business dispute between the parties and there is no evidence of payment of such huge amount in cash to the petitioner.
Considering the fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint
