The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.863 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is accused of participating in the murder of the his daughter-in-law. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
