Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the cause title of the order dated 29.11.2017 petitioner no. 2 has been inadvertently mentioned as "Md. Amrullah @ Amrullan wife of Jainul Ansari" in place of "Md. Amrullah @ Amrullan son of Jainul Ansari", and as such the same may be modified. In view of the above, let the words "Md. Amrullah @ Amrullan wife of Jainul Ansari" mentioned in the cause title of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11233 of 2018(2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 the order dated 29.11.2017 be read as "Md. Amrullah @ Amrullan son of Jainul Ansari".

Further, the time granted for surrender is also extended by another four weeks from today.

The order dated 29.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56989 of 2017 stands modified to the above extent.
