JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after delay of more than fifteen days without any explanation. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34297 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33553 of 2017(3) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
