The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 579 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that there is land dispute between the parties. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73558 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 there is allegation of assault upon the informant and his relatives by iron rod, hockey stick and butt of the gun against the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
