JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he is husband of daughter of the informant. He committed physical and mental torture with the daughter of the informant and got her disappeared along with two children aged about 4 and 6 years, and has performed second marriage.
Case diary has been received.
From the case diary it appears that the girl is still traceless. Petitioner is husband of the daughter of the informant. Learned A.P.P. after looking into the case diary has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12111 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 submitted that the girl is still traceless.
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
