2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 354 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 247 of 2022.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons, including the petitioners assaulted the son of the informant with fists and slaps and when the informant and their family members intervened, they were also assaulted, due to which the informant

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that all the four petitioners are ladies and they have no criminal antecedents. There is case and counter case and the present FIR has been lodged after five days of the occurrence.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No.247 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
