Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.194 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of I.P.C. It has been submitted that the petitioner is full brother of the informant and the occurrence of assault took place for cultivating their ancestral land. In the said occurrence the informant sustained abrasion and lacerated injury and so no offence under Section 324 or 307 of I.P.C. is made out. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named

No.15354 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.194 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
