2. The petitioners are in judicial custody in connection with Mufassil Samastipur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 24.1.2022 by the informant, Ajay Kumar.

3. Earlier, in Cr. Misc. No. 34534 of 2023, vide an order dated 26.7.2023 while allowing the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner no.1 Anita Devi, the prayer for anticipatory bail of accused/petitioners Arjun Kumar, Anil Kumar and Dayanand Ray were rejected.

4. Without surrendering before the Court concerned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76712 of 2023(3) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 and seeking bail, two of them namely Arjun Kumar and Anil Kumar @ Anil Kumar Rai have preferred the second anticipatory bail. The order dated 26.7.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 34534 of 2023 has clearly recorded that there is allegation against these accused persons.

5. There is no need to re-look in the matter, the anticipatory bail application once again stands rejected.

6. The Superintendent of Police, Samastipur to submit a report how in a case of 2022, the accused is preferring one after another anticipatory bail application while roaming freely.

7. List after two weeks under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for perusal of the report submitted by the S.P., Samastipur.
