2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 404 of 2025 lodged on 03.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 74, 115(2), 110 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against three named accused persons including the present petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has restrained the informant's wife, assaulted her with ill intention and also tried to outrage her modesty, but anyhow she managed to escape. Thereafter, when the informant went to the house of the petitioner to complain, then the petitioner physically assaulted

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the informant and petitioner are resident of same village and due to grazing of goats in the petitioner's field, the dispute has arisen. Counsel submits that a copy of CT scan has been annexed as Annexure-2 in which a mild soft tissue swelling in right frontoparietal region has been found. Counsel submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and due to dirty village politics, the present case has been lodged.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case considering that the informant and petitioner are resident of same village and due to grazing of goats in the petitioner's field, the dispute has arisen, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada in
