The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that on the basis of enquiry conducted by the Block Education Officer, Akbarpur, the certificates of 3 out of 253 teachers have been found to be under a cloud. It is further submitted that accordingly, he has ordered that the same be verified and also for lodging the first information report.
Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the alleged forged certificate is at the moment only suspected and no positive finding has come, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16474 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., - I, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S.
