The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 404 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution allegation in short is that on 04-072023, while informant was going to his house, some unknown persons assaulted, abused, snatched his motorcycle and cash, thereafter they fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 26-07-2023, and have no criminal antecedents. The petitioners have falsely been

Further, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to confessional statement of coaccused, name of the petitioners have been dragged in this case. Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 8.

Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 404 of 2023.
