Choiyapali, P.S. Bhagwanpur Hat, District- Siwan and it is the grievance of the petitioner that in the area in question encroachment has been conducted. The Circle Officer on 25.4.2017 has submitted a report to the Sub-divisional Officer and the Officer has directed for removal of encroachment. Keeping in view the aforesaid and the facts that have come on record, it is directed that the District Magistrate, Siwan shall
