The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25 1(A)/25(1-AA)/25(1-AA)26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, 13 semi manufactured pistol, not effective for use and and 13 semi constructed barrel were recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since16-07-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. 13 semi manufactured pistol, not effective for use and and 13 semi constructed barrel were alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Ram, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with G.R. No. 842 of 2019 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
