JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Special Casem No. 2084 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibiton and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the seizure list it appears that the alleged recovery has been made from open field. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37496 of 2017(3) dt.01-09-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 2084 of 2017 arising out of Maner P.S.
