The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered under Sections 30, 35 and 38 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Further submission is that he is not named in the F.I.R.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
