2. Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Baddi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 351(2), 329(4), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

As per the prosecution case, the informant has stated that the named accused persons, all variously armed, entered the house of the informant and thereafter the accused Abhay Kumar @ Tufani Yadav, Pappu Singh @ Raj Kumar @ Raj Kumar Singh (petitioner) and Bajarangi Yadav opened indiscriminate firing, which hit Bhola Singh on his back, while

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations upon the petitioner is general and omnibus and it is not clear as to who had fired and which hit the injured Bhola Singh. It has further been submitted that there is admittedly a land dispute between the parties and for the said incident there was a case and counter case and even on the side of the petitioner certain persons were injured. It has next been submitted that the injuries found on Lallu Yadav were found to be simple, however, the injury on Bhola Shing though was grievous, but it is not clear as to who had shot at Bhola Singh. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner has one criminal case against his name and he is in custody since 06.08.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and have stated that the petitioner was one of the persons who shot at Bhola Singh causing grievous injury and hence he should not be released on bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the parties and the facts that the petitioner was among one of the assailants of Bhola Singh, who had suffered grievous injuries in

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
