The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2016 registered under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has no role in supply of the machine. Coaccused persons have been granted bail by the Court below vide Annexure-4. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36731 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
