The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 dated 01.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 354(B), 337, 307, 447, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the neighbours of the informant who has alleged that the petitioners and others abused and assaulted him and other members of his family.

There is no specific allegation against anyone of the petitioners except for petitioner no. 1 who is said to have used her teeth in inflicting injury to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to Annexure-3 colly which are the injury reports of the persons from the prosecution side. Though some of the injuries suffered by them are stated to be grievous but those injuries are not attributable to the petitioners.

Regard being had to the facts that the petitioners are neighbours and there is counter case also the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
