The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018 registered under Section 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to malicious intention. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure nos. 2, 3 and 4, it appears that the land in question are in possession of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63932 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 petitioners. The co-accused Anil Singh and others were creating disturbance in peaceful possession of the petitioners. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
