2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing a child.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the whole incident took place in the course of a quarrel and the petitioner was having no intention to kill the child.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
