Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 45 of 2016 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 on 29.08.2017 pending in the Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, but he could not be released because in the prayer portion of the original bail petition, the name of District has wrongly been mentioned as "Patna" in place of Muzaffarpur and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 29.08.2017. Hence, permission has been sought for to correct the same in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34354 of 2017 (4) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 Such permission is accorded.

At the top of the order sheet and in the 7th line of the order dated 29.08.2017, the name of the District "Patna" be corrected to be read as "Muzaffarpur".

Accordingly, the order dated 29.08.2017 is rectified to the extent above.
