The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that four unknown miscreants looted away the vehicle of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 1.7.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Their name has come on confessional statement of co-accused. There is no recovery of any
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64037 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 incriminating article from the petitioners. The petitioners have not been put on T.I.P. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Annexure 2 to the present application.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
