2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shrinagar P.S. Case No. 2 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner who is accused in 28 cases is said to have shot fire near the temple. The petitioner is in jail since 16.03.2021.

4. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
