ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No.79 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegations are wholly preposterous. It is further submitted that no case under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code is made out as the petitioner is a lady who makes money out of selling chick and chick feeds. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and may be extended the privilege of anticipatory

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that she has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Angarghat P.S.
