2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"That this writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents to publish the result of the petitioner under unreserved category of fourth grade employee within Banka District as per the Advertisement No. 1

Patna High Court CWJC No.16725 of 2025(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 of 2018 giving the preference of the reservation under E.W.S. category as given to the Physically Handicapped and dependent of Freedom Fighter."

3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ application be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation for the reliefs prayed for herein before the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Veterinary College, Patna (respondent no.3) and with a direction to the concerned respondent to decide the same at the earliest.

4. Let the petitioner file a representation before the respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks.

5. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no.3 shall decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of its filing.

6. The application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
