This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.181 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 109 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Case No.181 of 2025.
