JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhataha P.S. Case No. 33 /2019, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 307, 325, 341, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant causing injuries to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the occurrence took place due to the dispute between the children of the parties and no injury report is available on record, which will appear from impugned order itself, as in spite of direction, the same was not produced.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sheohar, in connection with Bhataha P.S. Case No. 33 / 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
