2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4), 303(2) and 61(2) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and one Vikash Kumar are the employees of C.M.S. Info. Systems Ltd. Co. who are custodian for filling cash in the ATMs. The allegation against this petitioner is that he and Vikash Kumar were going to load cash at State Bank Gandhi Maidan ATM. It is further alleged that co-accused Vikash Kumar boarded in a Swift Dzire with the bag containing Rs.20 Lakh. The role of this petitioner is that he was there in the cash loaded vehicle with the main accused Vikash Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70892 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 that the main thrust of allegation is against Vikash who has alighted from the cash loading vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that there is no allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 02.06.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 331 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna.
