Vide order dated 23.01.2020, two weeks' time was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to file necessary requisite for fresh service of notice upon opposite party no.2 on her correct and present address by ordinary process. As per the office report, the notice has personally been served upon the opposite party no.2 but she has not chosen to appear before this Court. On 24.09.2020 also none had appeared on her behalf.

It appears that opposite party no.2 does not want to appear before this Court or to oppose the prayer for bail made

In such view of the matter, the order dated 20.11.2019 passed in this case granting provisional bail to the petitioner is hereby confirmed and this application is, accordingly, disposed of.
