1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For Commanding and directing the respondents to provide Fully Auto Pouch Packing Machine, as per the quotation given for sanction of loan under the scheme of Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP).

(ii) For Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to exchange the packing

Patna High Court CWJC No.16209 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 machine along with drum roaster with motor panel immediately.

(iii) For taking appropriate action against the respondents and other officials who are responsible for committing fraud with the petitioner as well as with scheme of the government.

(iv) For holding that the petitioner has been cheated by the respondents by providing a machine which is not as per the quotation, is in bad condition and is not functioning.

(v) For commanding and directing the respondents to stop the deduction of loan amount and interest till the exchange of machine.

(vi) For awarding heavy cost and compensation against the respondents who are involved in committing such type of act."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
