Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 387, 188, 506, 427, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75267 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. No one has sustained any injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
