1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To release three A.C.Ps. due to petitioner since 1987 and payment thereof be made urgently alongwith interest thereon as applicable /market rate.

(ii) To revise the pension payment order as entitled/applicable to the petitioner after release of benefits of three A.C.Ps. due in the entire service span of petitioner.

(iii) To pay interest on cumulative basis as per market rate as applicable to the petitioner on

Patna High Court CWJC No.17314 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 the arrear amount of benefits to be paid."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 i.e. the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, Muzaffarpur, within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
