The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Submission is that on the written report of the informant Asmita Kumari, as Rajoun P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019 u/s 341, 323, 307, 376 of the I.P.C. has been registered against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is statement of the victim recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C., she has

Compromise petition is also filed before the court below and she wants to live together. Learned counsel for the informant also stated that the informant is ready to live with the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2019 and has fair antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S.
