The grievance of the petitioner is restricted to the challenge regarding alleged illegal appointment of private respondent no.7 as Shiksha Sewak (Talimi Markaz) in Upgraded Middle School, Mohammadpur Jaddi. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that aggrieved with the action of the respondents in making appointment of private respondent no.7, the petitioner has approached before the District Education Officer, Gopalganj by preferring representation/appeal dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.16743 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 23.03.2024 (Annexure-P-13), which is pending adjudication till date. It is also submitted that in the aforesaid appeal/representation, notices have also been issued to the concerned authorities but despite lapse of more than a year, the same has not been brought to its logical conclusion.

3. Learned Advocate for the State prays for a short adjournment to seek instruction(s) and apprise this Court with regard to the present factual position.

4. Having considered the nature of the grievance and the fact that the petitioner has preferred a representation/appeal, which is pending consideration before the District Education Officer, Gopalganj, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no.4 to take up and consider the representation/appeal of the petitioner (Annexure-P-13) after affording opportunity to all the concerned and bring to its logical conclusion in accordance with law, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
