Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 484 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first infromation report and he has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017.
